Domestic Individual Clients
  • 1 certified true copy of account holder
  • 1 certified true copy of authorized person (if any)
  • 1 completed and signed copy
Foreign Individual Clients
  • 1 certified true copy of account holder
  • 1 certified true copy of authorized person (if any)
  • 2 completed and signed copies in English
  • 1 original copy
Domestic Institutional Clients
  • 1 certified true copy of account holder
  • 1 certified true copy of authorized person (if any)
  • 2 completed and signed copies in English or in Vietnamese
  • 1 certified true copy
Foreign Institutional Clients
  • 1 certified true copy of account holder
  • 1 certified true copy of authorized person (if any)
  • 2 completed and signed copies in English
  • 1 copy
